Rattlestick's core operations are composed of its mainstage Off-Broadway productions (three to four per year), Playwright Mentoring Project (where a playwright is paired with an experienced playwright or director on the Advisory Board who guides them through the process from early reading to mounted production), ongoing developmental work (50-60 staged readings per year, followed by notes sessions) and our "Dirty Works Series" (a two to three week festival of publics readings of new work, culminating in larger workshops of work under development at Rattlestick).
