Tete-a-Tete with Jim Brochu and Friends at 54 Below

Three-time Tony Award-winning lyricist Sheldon Harnick (Fiddler on the Roof, The Apple Tree, She Loves Me) goes tête-à-tête with playwright, actor and Broadway bon vivant Jim Brochu for an engaging evening of music and conversation. A collection of top cabaret and Broadway talent, including Anita Gillette and Steve Ross, will be on hand to sing some of Harnick's favorites, as he discusses his life and career with Brochu, a Drama Desk Award-winner for Zero Hour. They'll delve into his early years in Chicago and his more-than-fruitful partnership with composer Jerry Bock, from Fiddler to Fiorello!, which won the Pulitzer Prize for drama, as well as his work on '07's The Phantom Tollbooth and beyond.
