Sister Rain and Brother Sun

Sister Rain and Brother Sun

The Catskill Puppet Theater's Sister Rain and Brother Sun brings music and magic to the Leonard Nimoy Thalia stage at New York City's Symphony Space. When glistening Sister Rain becomes jealous of Brother Sun and stops watering the Earth, Mother Nature and the audience must join forces to save the day. This lively nature tale is filled with original music and acted out by large animated rod puppets. Your young theatergoers' eyes will go wide at the sight of Brother Sun, a huge talking sun, seven feet in diameter. As this fantastic fable unfolds, you'll also meet Mother Nature, a grizzled old wise woman covered in vines, crafty old Farmer McGreedy and Little Bear.
