Frogz at Mayo Performing Arts Center

A visually stunning, one-of-a-kind experience that defies synopsis yet is totally entertaining, Frogz has enjoyed two critically acclaimed Broadway runs. Frogz combines Cirque Du Soleil-style acrobatics with Mummenschanz-like mime and outlandish costumes, to create a unique carnival of the absurd in which animals and inanimate objects take on human characteristics. Penguins play musical chairs, a cat tries to escape a giant paper bag and glowing orbs run wild through the audience. This madcap revue of illusion and comedy, described by Variety as "Felliniesque mayhem," and "captivating" by The New York Times, is presented by Imago Theatre and now comes to Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown.
