Tap City at The Duke on 42nd Street

Some of the most talented tap dancers in the country are ready to shuffle-hop-step into your heart at Tap City, New York City's thrilling annual tap dance festival. Presented at The Duke on 42nd Street, this year's festivities include the Tap Awards, which will feature live performances and film presentations honoring this year's awardees, a presentation of the prestigious Hoofer and Tap Preservation Award, and a special induction of tap legends into the International Tap Dance Hall of Fame. And Tap Treasures is a lively showcase of new works created by and featuring a global community of bold soloists, contemporary ensembles, emerging talent and leading tap masters including Brenda Bufalino, Christina Carminucci, Felipe Galganni and the Tap City Youth Ensemble.
