When playwright Matthew Ethan Davis began sleepwalking as an adult, he'd wake up with no memory of eating a bunch of food, starting a fight with his boyfriend or even walking out of his apartment naked. Davis sought professional help and found surprisingly few resources for sleepwalkers, so he decided to write a play to help cope with his condition. In Sleep at Your Own Risk, a one-man show starring Brendan Wahlers, the main character discusses the absurdities of sleepwalking -- weaving comedy and compassion into compelling theater.
