Running With the Firm at Soho Playhouse

English actor and former cop James Bannon stars in this one-man show about his own adventures as an undercover operative in 1980s Britain, infiltrating a violent gang of soccer hooligans known as the Bushwackers. Based on his own best-selling book of the same name, Bannon's Running With the Firm gives you a tension-filled first-hand account of what it felt like to be embedded with a group of dangerous criminals, and how difficult it was to return to regular life. He's been called "a great storyteller and an affable raconteur" by The Scotsman, and performed the show to sold-out crowds in London and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. In fact, the play runs as part of Soho Playhouse's Edinburgh Encore series.
