New York City's finest musical improvisers put their heads -- and voices together -- for Happy Karaoke Fun Time, a theatrical showcase at Under St. Marks featuring a brand new, improvised one-act musical each week. The nimble-minded, fleet-footed performers make up scenes, choreography and original lyrics to karaoke songs you know and love, all based on suggestions that you and your fellow audience members shout out. You never know which tracks they'll leap into, remix and make all their own -- pop queens, R&B divas, boy bands and classic crooners are all fair game. This event is recommended for audience members ages 13 and up.
